Yuja-ade is a popular Korean summertime drink made with yuja marmalade that is served cold.

In summer, it is a delicacy mixed made by mixing yuja marmalade with carbonated water. Yuja-ade is like lemonade enjoyed with ice.

Yuja marmalade is made by preserving yuja in sugar and/or honey.
Yuja is a citrus fruit that has its own unique sweet, sour and bitter taste, and its unique scent is refreshing. Yuja is commonly known outside of Korea as yuzu.

In the winter, Yuja tea is a traditional drink that has a bittersweet taste.

It has 3 times more vitamin C than lemon, so it is good for colds, coughs, body aches, indigestion and constipation. The vitamin C in yuja tea allegedly helps the immune system to fight against infections and other diseases/illnesses.

Yuja marmalade is also eaten with toast, and is used in snacks such as ice cream, cookies, cakes.

I went to Whole Foods a while ago, and there was a limited time offer for yuja cake.

The cake was a little sweet for my taste, but the fresh citrus taste balanced the sweetness and greasiness, so it was delicious.
